Rebuilding trust in a relationship

Rebuilding trust in a relationship

It is very hard to rebuild trust in a relationship.  Trust can be broken in all kinds of ways and not only through major incidents like infidelity. Rebuilding trust is hard but it can be done.

You need to consider how betrayal and distrust entered the relationship and whether this really is a relationship that is worth going all-out to save.  If you are prepared to put in the hard work and make the sacrifices necessary then you can usually save the relationship, if you wish to.

But you will probably need guidance on how to go about the healing.  The books below should help.

If you are faced with infidelity then I hope this video will help.
