You have to be able to make yourself happy.

You have to be able to make yourself happy.

A lot of exciting things have happened to me this week!

And good things might not come in hordes or bundles, they might be one at a time but that will make you appreciate them for what they are more at the time!

If you want good things to happen, understand that they won’t all happen at once! Life doesn’t work like that.

Only one good thing actually happened for me this week, but because of that I got to re-live one of my best memories on my blog! So I made it into ‘a lot of things’.

And that’s what you have to do sometimes. You have to be able to make yourself happy.

When there’s not much going on, you need to be able to make yourself smile. Find a book you can lose yourself in or a funny book that’ll make you laugh out loud, anything to keep your spirits up and rising.

As you know from a previous post, you are the most important thing that has ever walked this earth, not to mention amazing, good-looking etc., but don’t be arrogant because big-headed people don’t get far in life.

Just know that you are worth it, whatever ‘it’ happens to be.

A Lakota Peyote Healing Song by Robbie Robertson

A Lakota Peyote Healing Song by Robbie Robertson YouTube is full of music that claims to be Native American from North America and usually it isn't. It may be quite beautiful music but it is not what it claims to be. And in my view it does not have the same power.  This is authentic, beautiful and powerful Singer, song writer and guitarist Robbie Robertson was born Jaime Robert Klegerman in 1943, in Toronto, Ontario. He was born to a Jewish father and a Mohawk mother and took his stepfather's last name after his mother remarried. He had his earliest exposure to music at Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation , Ontario where he spent summers with his mother's family. He is best known for his membership in The Band. Here is a translation of the words
