Diverse workplace - In today's workplace, it is not uncommon for older people to find themselves working alongside younger colleagues. This can be a great opportunity for both parties to learn from each other and share their unique perspectives. However, it can also be a challenge, as there may be some generational differences that need to be bridged and some preconceptions. I'm writing as a much older person and these are some f the tips I've picked up along the way.
